SEYMOUR, Wis. — Just a few days ago the dusty farm field near Seymour was filled with soybeans.
Now, after harvesting that crop, Amber and Zac Soltvedt are planting winter wheat.
“It’s kind of a blessing and a curse to have a really good crop right now because we don’t really have a great market for a place to go with it,” said Amber Soltvedt. “A lot of the local elevators are full. A lot of the farmers with their own grain bins – like we have — we’re blessed to have our own grain bins, but they’re getting full.”…
