How an Australian food concept seven years ago took off in Lafayette

Mandy Osgood and her mom, Tracy Lindberg, were coming up with lavish spreads for special events. They would design these lavish spreads on the table for anyone to eat.

Then in 2018, they saw the grazing trend explode in Australia.

“There were about five places in the entire United States that were doing the grazing thing at that time,” Osgood said. “Like big cities — Austin, New York. My mom was like, let’s do it.”…
