ST. LOUIS – Detectives with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman who disappeared in August.
According to a police spokesperson, the family of Lillian Collier last heard from her on Aug. 4.
Collier, 25, stands 5’1” and weighs approximately 120 pounds. She has a unique face tattoo between her eyes of a circle with lines above it. It’s not clear what she was wearing at the time she went missing, but Collier is believed to have been in Downtown St. Louis…
