SAN ANTONIO – A suspect is behind bars after allegedly driving through a storefront and getting into a fight with people inside.
Around 10:50 a.m. on Saturday, police were called to the scene of the incident near the corner of Old Pearsall Road and Five Palms Drive, on the far South West side.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, an employee at the store called 9-1-1 after the suspect pulled their vehicle in front of the business, exited their vehicle, and asked employees at the business to call Emergency Medical Services, as he told them he was possibly having a medical episode…
