Longtime pizza collaborators will open the doors for their second location next year.
The owners of Charred Apizza have obtained keys to their new space at 553 Main Street in Springfield, taking over the former Noodle N Thai restaurant. This will be sharing the building with another restaurant, and the pizza spot will be open in the evenings. According to owner David Lucht, the restaurant will be opening early next year.
The current Charred Apizza is at 326 Main Street, right down the road from the soon-to-be second location. Lucht said he and his team have been planning a second restaurant for about three years.
