Albany officials urge caution at Third and Lyon as 3-way stop implemented indefinitely

ALBANY, Ore. — Until further notice, the intersection of Third Avenue and Lyon Street in Albany is operating as a 3-way stop, Albany officials said Monday morning.

Albany Public Works and Oregon Department of Transportation personnel are on site, working to assess and clean up the site.
