VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — A 17-year-old in Clark County, Washington has been arrested and charged with murder.
On Sunday, October 5, at 12:33 a.m., deputies from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) responded to a 911 call reporting a physical disturbance at a home in the 4200 block of NE 54th Avenue in Vancouver.
“Upon arrival, deputies located an adult female victim not breathing,” the Clark County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release. “Lifesaving attempts continued after the arrival of the Vancouver Fire Department (VFD) and AMR, but the female was eventually declared deceased at the scene.”…
