HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — A 200-acre piece of farmland has been sold to a homebuilding construction company for $24.625 million in Huntersville, Mecklenburg County records show.
TM Westmoreland & Sons Farm sold its property to Shea Homes, which has built neighborhoods in Huntersville, Cornelius, Midland and Tega Cay and York, S.C.
