EASTPOINTE, Mich. – A judge has denied bond for a man accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in Eastpointe.
Andrew Logan Williams, 52, has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under the age of 13, second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under the age of 13, kidnapping and sexually abusive commercial activity. He was also charged with being a habitual third offender.
