DETROIT (WWJ) — Michigan State Police are investigating after an unidentified woman was found alone and injured, lying on a freeway ramp Sunday night.
MSP troopers responded the the eastbound I-96 ramp to Greenfield in Detroit at around 10:10 p.m. on Oct. 5, after reports came in about a woman who was in the roadway.
