HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – Just hours before Roy Lee Ward’s scheduled execution, a Spencer County church is planning a vigil in support of the Payne Family.
It is set for Thursday evening at Cornerstone Church in Chrisney. The service is set for 7 p.m.
