Berks man draws prison for illegal gun transfers, multi-county gun trafficking activities

NORRISTOWN — A Berks County man is headed to prison for multiple illegal gun transfers he made while being involved with members of a sophisticated multi-county gun trafficking network.

Nathaniel Antonio “Swift” Arroyo, 28, of the unit block of Pleasant Grove Road, Robeson Township, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 7 to 14 years in a state correctional institution after he pleaded guilty to charges of corrupt organizations, illegal sale or transfer of firearms and conspiring in the unlawful sale or transfer of firearms in connection with incidents that occurred between January and July 2024.
