CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A Tennessee woman who ordered signed copies of Taylor Swift’s new album says she was stunned when the package arrived completely empty.
Ciera Netherton from Clarksville posted a video on Facebook showing the open box. Her husband had already been suspicious because it felt unusually light.
