RI mom struggling to find apartment after state closes Zambarano housing program

BURRILLVILLE, R.I. (WPRI) — When a temporary state emergency housing program at the Zambarano cottages came to an end in June, Chelsea, who did not want 12 News to use her last name or show her face, said she had still not found a place for her family of six to live.

“I feel like I let my children down big time, I feel like I failed them,” she said.
