SAN DIEGO — San Diego police have identified a suspect in a 2021 homicide that left a 23-year-old man dead in Bay Terraces.
SDPD’s identification of a suspect came more than four years after Reginald Mitchell’s body was discovered inside a parked vehicle near Casey Street and Appian Drive.
On July 21, 2021, officers responded to a report of a suspicious car emitting a foul odor. Upon arrival, patrol officers found Mitchell’s body inside.
