A Columbia man who was making an annual trip back to his home country, the Netherlands, is now being held at a migrant detention facility in El Paso, Texas.
Owen Ramsingh immigrated to the US from the Netherlands in the 80s when he was five years old after his mother met and married a US Service Member and moved with him back to the States.
Family and friends of Ramsingh say he made an annual trip back to the Netherlands for the past five years and has never had any issue returning home until now…
