Kansas woman dead, 3 injured after wrong-way, head-on crash

KANSAS CITY —One person died and three others were injured in an accident just after 3:30p.m. Saturday in Clay County, Missouri.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2017 Subaru Forester driven by a 36-year-old Kansas City, Missouri man was southbound in the northbound lanes of Interstate 29 just south of U.S. 169. The Subaru struck a 2007 Honda Accord driven by a 22-year-old Kansas City, Kansas man head-on.
