TULSA, Okla. — For the first time in a generation, new single-family homes are coming to Tulsa’s Phoenix District. Capital Homes is breaking ground on Flat Rock Ridge, a new neighborhood near 36th Street North and Peoria Avenue, in North Tulsa. The development will feature 73 homes with multiple floorplans available designed to fit families of all sizes.
Merton Huff, New Home Specialist with Capital Homes, says this project has been years in the making.
