PORTLAND, Ore. – Authorities are actively searching for Katelyn Mulder, a 35-year-old Eugene resident. She was last seen in Washington County on Sept. 17.
Mulder’s vehicle was discovered being driven by an unknown female, who was later arrested following a high-speed chase in Pierce County, Wash. The woman falsely claimed to be Mulder. Additionally, Mulder’s dog was found tied to a fence in Washington and had passed away.
Mulder is approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs about 135 pounds, and has dyed black hair and brown eyes…
