RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.
According to authorities, Tommy Lee Osgood, 63, (5’6″, 160 pounds, black hair, brown eyes) was last seen on Thursday, October 2nd at this residence on the 1900 block of Barnes Road in Augusta.
