BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore police homicide detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals connected to a deadly shooting that occurred earlier this month.
On October 1, at approximately 1:11 PM, 27-year-old O’Shea Smith was shot and killed in the 2400 block of Maisel Court, according to police.
