Lockport, NY – A Lockport man was taken into custody last week following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, authorities said.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced the arrest of Derek M. Ficarra, 53, of Lockport, on September 29. Ficarra was allegedly found in possession of controlled substances with the intent to sell, following an ongoing narcotics investigation.
Officials said Ficarra faces two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree, along with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree.
