Bon Secours alerts Humana patients as contract negotiations enter new phase

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Bon Secours is alerting patients who have Humana Medicaid and Medicare Advantage health plans because they may lose access to their Bon Secours providers by the end of the year.

The health system said if an contract agreement is not reached by Jan. 1, 2026, Bon Secours employed providers, physician offices, and urgent care centers in Greenville will be considered out-of-network for Humana Managed Medicaid and Medicare Advantage members. This could potentially impact 16,245 patients.
