OWOSSO, Mich.— A man has been arrested after a brief police chase in Owosso.
On Friday, October 3rd at around 10 a.m., Owosso Police officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of South Chipman Street for a report of an unresponsive person inside a vehicle.
