Nashville police reports decrease in fatal pedestrian crashes

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Metro Nashville Police Department’s Traffic Division is reporting a decrease in fatal pedestrian crashes in the last year.

The department reports that the city is down 39% on fatal crashes involving pedestrians.

The reported drop is from 23 in 2024 to 14 in 2025.
