ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Decades after the death of an 8-year-old girl in an arson fire, the accused killer is set to face trial.
Jury selection for the trial of Tim Kuhn is scheduled to begin Oct. 7 in Monroe County Court. Kuhn is charged with murder and arson.
