Construction is picking up speed at Texas Heritage Marketplace, the $400 million master-planned development transforming the western Katy corridor. The latest additions? Heritage Crossing Buildings A and B—two new retail shell spaces now officially permitted for construction at 2315 and 2321 Texas Heritage Parkway in Katy.
According to newly filed construction permits, both Heritage Crossing buildings will break ground in early August 2026, with projected completion by early December 2026. Each one-story retail shell spans 9,923 square feet and carries an estimated construction cost of $3,743,304. The shell-style design means tenants can later customize the space to meet their specific business needs.
