Shooting between vehicles in Wisconsin, police turning to the public for more information

SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Wisconsin are asking for the public’s help in learning more about a shooting incident early Tuesday morning between two vehicles that injured at least one person.

According to a release from the Sun Prairie Police Department, officers responded at 12:48 a.m. to the area of Sunfield Street and Sun Court for reports of shots fired.

An initial investigation suggests that there was a shooting between two vehicles, with both vehicles fleeing from the scene before police could arrive.

Officials say one person, shortly after the incident, arrived at a local hospital with an apparent gunshot wound. They were taken to another hospital for additional treatment before being released. There is no word on whether there are any other victims…
