The Arkansas State Fair Pageant program crowned new winners in a competition held Oct. 3-4 at the Barton Coliseum in Little Rock.
Miss Union County Ramsey Wilson was named Jr. Miss Arkansas State Fair. Wilson is a 16-year-old student at Smackover High School.
Runners-up included:
- Miss Madison County Jade Emitt, 16, Huntsville
- Miss Faulkner County Kristyn Lynch, 15, Mayflower
- Miss Diamond State Tatem Blankenship, 16, Rover
- Miss White County Kambriya Pettis, 17, Kensett
Participants qualified at county and district fairs across the state to advance to the state competition. In all, 56 young women competed in the Miss Arkansas State Fair division, and 61 women competed in the Jr. Miss Arkansas State Fair competition.
This is the second year the pageants were held in advance of the fair opening, and the second year to be held in Barton Coliseum. The 85th Arkansas State Fair runs Oct. 10 to 19…
