WILLARD, MO – A Revolutionary War hero, who lived and died in the Ozarks, will be honored this weekend.
Private James Barham moved to Greene County from Virginia in the 1840s after having served in the Revolutionary War decades prior.
He died in Willard in 1865 and was one of the region’s last surviving soldiers of the war…
