1 charged after shoot-out in Navy Yard; police look for second suspect

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A man is now in custody in connection with a shooting that broke out in Navy Yard.

D.C. police announced on Monday, Oct. 6, that 28-year-old Dejour Adams, of Southwest, DC, was placed under arrest and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (gun).

Days prior, on Oct. 2, officers responded to a shooting near the intersection of Half Street and L Street, where a man was found suffering from a gunshot wound.
