Family and HOA come to agreement on ramp for paralvzed teen

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — A family in Noblesville will be allowed to build a ramp at a new home for their partially paralyzed teenager.

The ramp is for 16-year old Corban Phillips. He was paralyzed from the waist down in a trampoline accident during gymnastics practice.
