SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) – A Springfield man was charged with over a dozen counts of rape on Tuesday, Sept. 30.
Court documents claim that 59-year-old Harold Smith Jr. was indicted on 13 rape charges, along with two charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor and two charges of gross sexual imposition.
