FALL RIVER (WBSM) — Five people were arrested in connection with a number of incidents in Fall River Sunday involving cars racing through city streets and blocking roadways, similar to other “vehicle takeover” incidents that occurred recently in Boston, Randolph and Middleboro.
According to Fall River Police, officers responded at about 12:26 a.m. on October 5 to multiple reports of reckless driving, street racing and blocked roadways throughout the city.
Police Describe “Pre-Planned” Traffic Disruption
In a Facebook post, Fall River Police called it “part of a coordinated and pre-planned event intended to disrupt traffic and disturb the peace of the community.”…
