The Amarillo Botanical Gardens is hosting a new event this year that brings out good ol’ Jack. It’s the chance to step into a world where the pumpkins come to life.
What is Amarillo’s Trail of 1,000 Jack-O’-Lanterns?
This event will feature over 1,000 hand-carved jack-o’-lanterns, giant sculptures, a trio of singing pumpkins, plus a giant butterfly. This is something Amarillo hasn’t had a chance to experience. Major cities like Houston and their Pumpkins After Dark event have great pumpkin displays, but this will be the first for the Yellow City.
When is the Trail of 1,000 Jack-O’-Lanterns in Amarillo?
The event will take place from Wednesday, October 22, to Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 6:30 to 9 pm each night. Admission is $10 at the gate, and children 5 and under are free. The Amarillo Botanical Gardens is located at 1400 Streit Dr…
