After seven years serving smoked meats from a food truck and trailer, Animales BBQ Co. has a brick-and-mortar home and is ready to open.
It’ll open at its new 12,500-square-foot hub at 241 Fremont Ave. N, the former home of Royal Foundry Craft Spirits, on Oct. 23. The new Animales will house a restaurant, full-service bar, and music venue dedicated to Americana.
The first permanent home for Animales, which was founded in 2018, will see the popular food truck expand its operation to feature a broader menu, full bar program, large family-friendly patio, and artist-designed kids’ play area.
The menu will continue to feature their signature smoked meats, ribs, and pulled pork, but will also feature new sides and other dishes…
