A new Costco could be coming to South Reno, in the Damonte Ranch area.
A permit has been filed for a new location along Steamboat Creek off of Veterans Parkway and Geiger Grade Road.
An online permit application says the project will be about 161,553 square feet with a gas station and car wash.
It also goes on to say that the “master project proposes the construction of Damonte Ranch Road to connect Veterans Parkway and Old Virginia Road, including utility extensions.”…
