TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Oro Valley Marketplace began phase one of construction on several new improvements to the shopping center on Monday, Oct. 6.
The development includes a new Encantada apartment complex, safer pedestrian walkways, improved intersections, and a public park.
HSL Properties and Borderland Construction are in charge of the project…
