BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Bakersfield police are attempting to locate a missing 13-year-old near Pine Grove Court.
Ryan Williams was last seen in the 5300 block of Pine Grove Court on Oct. 5 at about 12:13 p.m., according to police.
Police describe Williams to be 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 200 pounds. He has brown eyes.
