Clarksville City Council passes rezoning of 200 acres next to mall for retail

Clarksville residents can expect more details soon about what’s planned for the 200 acres next to Governor’s Square Mall after Clarksville City Council approved a rezoning ordinance.

During its Oct. 2 meeting, the Clarksville City Council approved the second reading of a rezoning ordinance that changes the property zoning of the acreage from residential to regional shopping.
