Arraignment for speeding driver accused of killing Cleveland cyclist

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A man accused of going 90 MPH in a 35 MPH zone and killing a Cleveland woman who was riding her bicycle, pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Wednesday.

Kamarion Jordan, 20, is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, operating a vehicle after underage alcohol consumption, and operating a vehicle under the influence.

Yvonne Kemp, 51, was struck and killed around 1 a.m. on Sept. 16 in the area of E. 128th Street and Kinsman Road.

Kemp was pronounced dead at the scene…
