Another sheriff’s department in northeast Georgia is gaining financial support to enhance efforts in traffic law enforcement strategies.
The Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) has announced that the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) is one of the 26 law enforcement agencies in Georgia to receive a Highway Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic (H.E.A.T.) grant for Federal Fiscal Year 2026, that begins on October 1, 2025 and ends on September 30, 2026.
