Michigan State Police are investigating after a woman was found lying along the shoulder of the eastbound I-96 ramp to Greenfield late Sunday night.
Troopers were called to the area around 10:10 p.m. on October 5 after the Detroit Regional Communication Center received reports of a woman on the ramp. When troopers arrived, they found a Black woman believed to be in her 30s lying face down but conscious and semi-coherent.…
