Lancaster man convicted for a second time after retrial for fatal 2014 bar shooting: DA

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster County man has been convicted for a second time after fatally shooting a man and injuring two others at a bar in 2014, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.

Lamar Clark, 39, was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter, two counts of aggravated assault and 11 counts of reckless endangerment following a shooting at a bar on Nov. 7, 2014.

Clark had previously been convicted of third-degree murder in 2016 for the same shooting where 54-year-old Barry Diffenderfer was shot and killed, and two others were injured. Diffenderfer was found bleeding to death on the bar floor where he was confirmed deceased shortly after…
