LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Officials with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock announced the return of one of the school’s most popular traditions, BBQ at Bailey, set for Oct. 8, at the Bailey Alumni and Friends Center.
The annual event will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., bringing together students, faculty, alumni, and community members for food, music, and celebration, officials said.
According to a spokesperson, this year’s picnic will feature a “Celebration of Champions” theme, recognizing Trojan athletic teams that earned conference titles between 2023 and 2025, including the 2024 and 2025 OVC Tournament Champion Baseball Team, and several other championship programs across basketball, golf, track and field, and wrestling.
