Lenexa man accused of shooting at police deemed competent for trial

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Lenexa man accused of shooting at a Shawnee police officer is deemed competent to stand trial.

It happened during a court hearing for 19-year-old Isaac Ortiz on Oct. 8.
