PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Crews are battling a fire at a recycling plant in Vancouver, and it may not be out until Thursday morning, fire officials said.
Vancouver Fire crews said that Metro Metals staff called 911 at around 8:40 p.m. Tuesday night to report a fire in a large metal scrap pile.
