Counterfeit cash leads to federal charges after fake bills surfaced in Haywood County

HAYWOOD COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — Two South Carolina men are now facing federal charges for passing counterfeit $100 bills at a Haywood County grocery store.

A federal grand jury in Asheville indicted Brandon Michael Bolding and Joshua Ray Mabry on three counts of passing counterfeit obligations or securities.
