CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The Chattanooga Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place on Sept. 25 at around 6:41 p.m. on the 2300 block of Windsor Street.
A 17-year-old female was injured with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
