(WNY News Now) – A Falconer man already in custody now faces an additional charge after allegedly damaging property inside the Chautauqua County Jail on Sunday night.
MAYVILLE, N.Y. — On October 5, 2025, at approximately 8:32 p.m., deputies reported that 37-year-old Shaun P. Clutter, of Falconer, was involved in an incident at the Chautauqua County Jail while being held on unrelated charges.
According to the report, Clutter was detained in a holding cell when he allegedly struck a phone handset against a cement block wall, causing the handset to shatter. The damage required the equipment to be replaced…
